Organic Allulose Syrup

D-Allulose Syrup is a liquid sweetener with a clean, sugar-like taste and approximately 70% of the sweetness of sucrose. As a low-calorie sweetener, D-allulose provides approximately 0.4 kcal per gram and offers an alternative to conventional sugar in a wide range of food formulations.

With its liquid form, D-Allulose Syrup can be conveniently incorporated into liquid and semi-liquid products. It also participates in the Maillard reaction, contributing to browning and flavor development in baked goods. These properties make it suitable for applications such as bakery products, ice cream, confectionery, chocolate, nutrition bars, sauces, and beverages.
