Sugar-Free Polydextrose Syrup is a special carbohydrate with low calories, zero added sugar, and a low glycemic index. It also has prebiotic properties and is widely recognized as a water-soluble dietary fiber, boasting multiple physiological and practical values. Approved for use in over 50 countries, it is an ideal raw material for food producers to develop low-calorie, sugar-free, sugar-reduced, and low-fat food and beverages.

As a dietary fiber, it can help reduce blood sugar responses in various processed foods. Composed of randomly cross-linked glucose polymers, it provides only 1 calorie per gram and has a wide range of applications, covering baked goods, dairy products, vitamin bars, grains, beverages, candies, chocolates, yogurt, salad dressings and many other products.
