Steviosides are natural, high-intensity sweeteners extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. They occur naturally in low concentrations. Unlike natural sugars, they are highly sweet with minimal calories, providing a refreshing sweetness while satisfying low-carb and sugar-controlled diets. Common types include crystallized stevia and stevia syrup.

2.Approximately 200-300 times sweeter than sucrose, with a refreshing sweetness and a slight herbal flavor without a noticeable aftertaste
3.Good solubility: readily soluble in water, and some derivatives are also soluble in organic solvents
