Isomaltooligosaccharide 90 Powder is a natural functional oligosaccharide with zero added sucrose and glucose. Made from non-GMO corn starch, it undergoes enzymatic isomerization, refining, and spray drying. The active ingredient of isomaltooligosaccharides (primarily isomaltose, panose, and isomaltotriose) is ≥ 90% (dry basis). It is a fine white to off-white powder that is easily soluble in water (solubility approximately 85g/100mL at 25°C). It has a refreshing and slightly sweet taste (sweetness approximately 40%-50% of sucrose). It contains no free sugars and combines prebiotic properties with water-soluble dietary fiber, making it suitable for sugar-free and low-calorie food processing and the general public’s health needs.
