低聚异麦芽糖90液Isomaltooligosaccharide 90% Syrup

Isomaltooligosaccharide 90% Syrup is a natural functional oligosaccharide with zero added sucrose and glucose. Made from non-GMO corn starch, it undergoes enzymatic isomerization (α-glucosidase conversion), refined filtration, and low-temperature concentration. The active ingredient of isomaltooligosaccharides (primarily isomaltose, panose, and isomaltotriose) is ≥ 90% (on a solids basis). It is a clear, light yellow to colorless liquid with no visible impurities. It is completely miscible with liquid ingredients such as water, fruit juice, and whey. It has a refreshing and slightly sweet taste (approximately 35%-45% of sucrose sweetness, with no aftertaste). It contains no free sugars and combines prebiotic properties with water-soluble dietary fiber, making it suitable for processing a variety of liquid and semi-liquid sugar-free and low-calorie products.
 Functions
1. Gut Health Support: As a prebiotic, it reaches the large intestine and is specifically utilized by bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, boosting the number of beneficial bacteria by 50-80 times. It also inhibits the growth of putrefactive bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Clostridium, and reduces harmful metabolites such as ammonia and indole. Fermentation produces short-chain fatty acids (acetic acid and butyric acid), which nourish the intestinal mucosa, strengthen the intestinal barrier function, increase stool bulk, promote intestinal motility, and alleviate constipation and intestinal flora imbalances.
2. Blood Sugar Regulator: Its molecular structure is inaccessible to human small intestinal digestive enzymes, so ingestion does not directly elevate blood sugar (GI value ≈ 35). It can also slow the absorption of glucose from food, smoothing postprandial blood sugar fluctuations, making it suitable for diabetics, pregnant women seeking to control their sugar intake, and those on a low-sugar diet.
3. Weight Management Support: With only half the calories of sucrose (approximately 2 kcal/g), it enhances satiety, delays gastric emptying, and reduces the intake of other high-calorie foods without adding metabolic burden, supporting weight management and low-calorie diets. 4. Oral Health Protection: It is not used by oral cariogenic bacteria (Streptococcus mutans) to ferment and produce acid. This inhibits plaque formation, reduces tooth demineralization, and lowers the risk of caries, making it suitable for children, the elderly, and other populations requiring dental care.
5. Nutrient Absorption Synergy: It improves the intestinal environment, indirectly promoting the dissolution and absorption of minerals such as calcium and magnesium, helping to improve dietary nutrient utilization, making it suitable for daily nutritional supplementation.
Applications
1. Beverages: It can be added to zero-sugar juices, sugar-free plant protein beverages (soy milk, almond milk), functional sparkling water, and low-sugar tea beverages to provide a refreshing sweetness and increase dietary fiber without affecting the clarity and texture of the beverage. It is suitable for bottled and canned beverage processing.
2. Dairy Products: It can be used in sugar-free yogurt beverages, lactose-free liquid milk, low-fat milk beverages, lactic acid bacteria beverages, etc. to promote the survival and proliferation of probiotics (increasing survival rate by over 30%), reduce whey precipitation, and improve product consistency and smoothness. 3. Seasonings: It can be added as a sweet base to sugar-free jams, zero-calorie salad dressings, low-sodium soy sauce, and sugar-free dressings to balance flavor, improve consistency, and avoid the cloying sweetness of traditional sugary seasonings, making it suitable for sugar-free seasoning needs in both the home and restaurant industries.
4. Frozen Desserts: It can be used in sugar-free ice cream bases, low-calorie popsicle bases, and sugar-free popsicles. It inhibits ice crystal formation and maintains a smooth, creamy texture after freezing without adding extra calories, making it suitable for low-temperature processing and storage.
5. Health Products: It can be used as a prebiotic base in sugar-free dietary fiber drinks and compound probiotic oral liquids, or added to diabetic nutritional oral liquids and intestinal health solutions for the elderly to enhance intestinal conditioning, making it suitable for liquid health product processing.
6. Specialty Dietary Supplements: It can be used in sugar-free liquid complementary foods for infants and young children, postoperative enteral nutrition preparations, and low-sugar meal replacement shakes. It gently conditions the intestines, is non-irritating, and is easily absorbed, meeting the liquid dietary needs of special populations.
 7. Baking accessories: used in sugar-free cake glazes, low-calorie bread moisturizers, and sugar-free pastry fillings to improve product moisture and gloss, extend shelf life, and meet the liquid auxiliary material needs of baked goods.
