Isomaltooligosaccharide 50 powder is a powdered product whose main component is isomaltooligosaccharide (content ≥50%). Its core is a mixture of oligosaccharides linked by α-1,6 glycosidic bonds, with an isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO) content of not less than 50%.
It is mainly formed by glucose units linked by α-1,6 glycosidic bonds and includes components such as isomaltose, panose, and isomaltotriose.
Physical Properties:
1.Appearance: White or pale yellow amorphous powder, odorless and non-caking.
2.Solubility: Easily soluble in water, the aqueous solution is transparent; insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether.
3.Sweetness: Approximately 40%-50% of sucrose, with a mild sweetness and no aftertaste.
4.Stability: Resistant to high temperatures (does not decompose after heating at 120℃ for 30 minutes), stable under acidic conditions (pH 2.5-7.0), and not easily destroyed by gastric acid.
Applications
